Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop and communicate compelling future scenarios using scenario planning, horizon scanning, and AI-powered forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-generation solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, industry disruptors, and academic thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable strategic plans with measurable KPIs for executive leadership
- Champion innovation culture through workshops, thought leadership publications, and keynote presentations
- Oversee development of proprietary future intelligence frameworks and competitive advantage methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies that delivered measurable ROI
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, WFS) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects with global impact
