- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with R&D, product, and investment teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to the board with market impact projections
- Mentor a 10-person innovation task force using design thinking methodologies
- Oversee the '2026 Innovation Fund' portfolio of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years leading strategic foresight initiatives in tech or biotech sectors
