Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and boards
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on exponential technologies and future-proof business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 5+ years of applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise-level strategic initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on strategic innovation and transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
