- Analyze global innovation ecosystems to identify competitive advantages and partnerships
- Design and manage horizon-scanning initiatives across R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Maintain a trend intelligence database with real-time updates on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmap development
- Proven track record of translating trends into market-ready strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, sustainable tech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in strategic tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, SWOT, trend mapping)
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
