Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological trends and infrastructure needs for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Future Tech Integration: Oversee the R&D of emerging technologies, specifically focusing on scalable AI models and neural architecture.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide high-level technical consulting to the executive team regarding long-term product viability and market positioning.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Partner with the HR department to recruit top-tier talent specializing in next-gen computing and AI.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate disruptions and recommend agile pivots to maintain market leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with a proven track record of strategic foresight.
