Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technology opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports on AI, biotech, climate tech, and societal megatrends
- Partner with product teams to translate future scenarios into actionable development pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Technology Policy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Strong proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (white papers, journals)
- Experience with cross-cultural stakeholder engagement and change management
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-oriented initiatives
