- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and partnerships
- Publish peer-reviewed papers in top-tier quantum journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in quantum computing research with 3+ years leadership experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proven track record of securing government/industry research grants
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience managing high-performance computing infrastructure
