Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for 3-5 year innovation horizons
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional initiatives on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, bio)
- Author thought leadership on future-of-work and industry transformation
- Design scenario-planning models for global market volatility
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in tech trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with data-driven forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
