Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, sustainable materials)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in healthcare, energy, and transportation sectors
- Conduct horizon-scanning research using AI-powered trend analysis and expert networks
- Design and test prototype solutions in our innovation sandbox environment
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and external partners
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of innovation thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (e.g., biotech, AGI, climate tech)
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, backcasting)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futures publications
