Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Develop scenario models for global socioeconomic disruptions
- Present futuristic frameworks to Fortune 500 partners and investors
- Establish ethical guardrails for exponential technologies
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work/industry trends
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning frameworks
- Experience with exponential technology assessment (AI, biotech, energy)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-forward strategies
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Technology Roadmapping
- Deep network with futurist communities (e.g., Association of Professional Futurists)
