- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Design market-ready prototypes for next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Present disruptive visions to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA innovation hubs
- Mentor futurist apprentices in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing exponential technologies (blockchain, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Prior experience scaling innovation labs within Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Proficiency in foresight platforms like Gartner, Forrester, or proprietary AI trend engines
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofed strategies generating $10M+ revenue impact
