Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI governance
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions with R&D teams
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to capture emerging opportunities
- Author thought leadership content on future of work and exponential technologies
- Manage innovation pipeline with ROI-focused prioritization frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
