Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop 5-year future scenario roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Translate complex tech trends into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional workshops on innovation ethics and sustainability
- Author quarterly trend reports for C-suite executives
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning methodologies
- Collaborate with academic partners on foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
