- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic innovation frameworks using trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive opportunities and emerging risks
- Design and execute innovation sprints with measurable impact on business growth
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data visualization
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep understanding of global megatrends and their business implications
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFtp) preferred
