Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation strategy aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces)
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer breakthrough research
- Mentor talent in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
- Drive patent development for proprietary technologies targeting 2026 commercialization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and disruption analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
