- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Author forward-looking trend reports and scenario-planning documents
- Collaborate with R&D to align emerging technologies with market evolution
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and innovation processes
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented planning
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into enterprise-level strategic initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, climate tech, and neurointerfaces
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, WFS) preferred
