Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop a comprehensive long-term technology strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and market opportunities.
- Emerging Trend Analysis: Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Web3, advanced robotics) to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate strategic vision into technical roadmaps and quarterly milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts and strategic plans to executive stakeholders, board members, and investors in a clear, compelling manner.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor technology stacks and industry benchmarks to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Spearhead internal 'innovation labs' or hackathons focused on experimental technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership roles.
