Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, autonomous systems)
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen computing platforms with $10M+ annual budgets
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement 2026-ready tech stacks
- Chair ethics committees for advanced AI and neuro-technology deployments
- Present at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, TechCrunch Disrupt)
- Manage a 15-person team of PhD researchers and engineers
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems or AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling tech teams to 100+ members
- Deep knowledge of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA grant applications
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
