- Lead cross-functional innovation teams to prototype and validate future-state solutions.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to forecast technology trends and their potential business impact.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous learning and adaptability across the organization.
- Define metrics for success in new tech adoption and report progress to the C-Suite.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Planning, Product Management, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital initiatives and managing budgets.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience managing high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
