Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or similar senior tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year technology transformation plans
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS/Azure ML, blockchain architecture) preferred
