Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and carbon-neutral tech solutions
- Identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through market analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation across experimental and production projects
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future technologies into commercial offerings
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or climate tech

- Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
