Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, prototyping, and validating emerging technologies
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to anticipate technological disruptions
- Present compelling technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation through agile methodologies and rapid prototyping cycles
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Fluency in emerging technology frameworks and methodologies
