Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and technology acquisitions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable innovation
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, Kubernetes, and blockchain architecture
