Responsibilities

- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate forward-thinking capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact analysis
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-focused methodologies and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching transformative products or services in tech-forward industries
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR) and market adoption trends
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders
