Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms and error correction protocols for commercial deployment by 2026
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration initiatives across multi-qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical boards
- Mentor quantum research scientists and drive open-source quantum projects
- Secure patents and publish in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Partner with academic institutions and national labs on quantum supremacy goals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of quantum computing architecture experience with real hardware
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying quantum algorithms on real quantum processors
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum Experience, Amazon Braket)
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
