Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic solutions into current offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policies and regulations to ensure compliance and opportunity
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching innovative tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
