- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (Web3, neuromorphic computing, etc.) for strategic adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members
- Mentor junior innovators in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML or quantum computing solutions
- Expertise in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of Web3, neuromorphic computing, or sustainable tech trends
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across global operations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in future technology (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
