Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record commercializing AI/quantum/climate technologies
- Deep expertise in future forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Certification in emerging tech governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
