Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present future technology frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across the organization
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
