Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using agile methodologies
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two category-defining innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, neurotech, climate tech)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
