- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patentable intellectual property portfolios in next-gen domains
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Partner with academic institutions and government labs to shape technology policy
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies

- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
