Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with agile methodologies in tech environments
- Certifications in emerging technologies (AWS ML, Google Quantum, etc.)
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
