Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Design and validate quantum circuits on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate quantum decoherence and error correction
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE/APS conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation projects

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research with industry publications
