Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse infrastructure)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Translate technical capabilities into actionable business strategies and investment recommendations
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical tech frameworks across product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused technologies
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
