Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision aligned with market trends and company objectives

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D on patent strategy and innovation incubation
- Manage $5M+ annual technology innovation budget
- Represent company at global tech conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong financial acumen with budget management >$3M
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
