Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscaping for emerging tech domains
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia and industry pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite and investors
- Drive innovation sprints with agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network with Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem
- Published research in IEEE/Nature or equivalent tier
