- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation teams
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with future-tech forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neurotech)
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-defining products
- Expertise in agile frameworks and lean innovation processes
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
