Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- Lead the identification and integration of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) into our core architecture.
- Oversee cross-functional project management to ensure timely delivery of future-tech prototypes and pilots.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-impact technology investments.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Present complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and investors.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, product management, or engineering leadership within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering complex roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
