Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business goals
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Drive innovation through hackathons, incubators, and strategic R&D partnerships
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adopting future-ready methodologies
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
- Represent the company at global tech forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Proven track record of successfully launching next-gen tech products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network of relationships with VCs, researchers, and tech innovators
