Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
