Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, sustainable AI)
- Partner with product teams to identify disruptive opportunities and accelerate innovation cycles
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for next-gen technological disruptions
- Represent Nexus at global tech forums and shape industry discourse through thought leadership
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with international regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech transformation initiatives impacting $100M+ markets
