Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and sustainable tech integration
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or future foresight roles
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investor groups
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies required
