Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum algorithms for enterprise applications
- Design error-corrected qubit systems with >99.9% fidelity
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Lead quantum system integration with cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with R&D teams on quantum hardware optimization
- Drive patent creation for novel quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols
- Proficiency with Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubit systems
- Strong background in distributed quantum networking
