Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies affecting our industry
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term corporate vision
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with leading tech innovators and research institutions
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to the board of directors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and talent development programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully launching next-gen technologies to market
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech convergence
