Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research on quantum computing ethics or neuro-interface governance
- Proven track record influencing global AI policy (e.g., OECD, EU AI Act)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for autonomous systems
- Experience securing federal research grants (NSF, DARPA, NIH)
- Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 42071 and IEEE 7000 standards
- Proficiency in ethics-by-design methodologies and participatory research
