Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics and responsible automation deployment
- Drive M&A activities in emerging tech sectors (Web3, biotech, climate tech)
- Present strategic vision to investors, board members, and industry forums
- Manage $5M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies in development
- Champion diversity and inclusion in technology innovation teams
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Harvard MBA or equivalent from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review or similar venues
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 200+ innovators
- Certifications in futures thinking (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
