Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Partner with VPs of Engineering to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized systems, neurotech)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- MBA or MS in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience scaling tech ventures from MVP to global deployment
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST)
- Proven success in securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for APAC/MENA markets)
