Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum computing and neuromorphic engineering
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic technologies into core business strategies
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployments and responsible automation systems
- Drive patent development and intellectual property portfolios for next-gen innovations
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology incubators
- Present technology forecasts and innovation blueprints to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven impact in emerging tech domains
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams and managing R&D budgets >$5M
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Strong track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management or equivalent
