Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology implementation
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives (e.g., AI governance frameworks)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong executive communication abilities with C-suite presentation experience
- Certification in strategic innovation management (e.g., INSEAD, MIT Sloan)
- Portfolio of executed technology transformation projects
