Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in organizational strategy, HR technology, or business consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity focusing on AI or automation.
- AI Literacy: Deep understanding of current generative AI models, machine learning concepts, and their practical applications in enterprise environments.
- Policy Expertise: Proven track record of creating governance frameworks, ethical guidelines, or compliance programs for emerging technologies.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and rapidly changing technological landscapes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Public Policy, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
